My Work
I work across two main areas of expertise and offer a range of services within each. More detailed information and examples will be available here soon.
Racism
Over the years, I have specialized in addressing racism in Switzerland through a systemic and practical lens. My work began with research and the creation of an organisation (Safro) dedicated to understanding racial dynamics in the Swiss context. Today, I provide trainings in partnership with l’OSAR (the Swiss Organization for Refugees) for institutions such as the Swiss police force, as well as private companies, NGOs, and foundations.
My approach goes beyond discussing prejudice or offensive language. I focus on the social mechanisms that reproduce inequality, often unintentionally. By understanding how racism functions structurally, participants gain tools that not only support more equitable practices, but also strengthen inclusive collaboration, leadership, and overall workplace well-being.
Advocacy & Projects
I work at the intersection of advocacy, communication, and social impact. Over the years, I have developed approaches to sustainable communication: communication that informs and mobilizes without reducing complex issues to slogans or simply “selling an agenda.” My work draws on research mostly conducted at the UN in social psychology, the study of hope, and insights from art and science.

Hope, in this context, is not optimism. It is a practical methodology that can shape how teams collaborate, make decisions, and sustain momentum in the face of systemic challenges. I integrate this into both communication strategies and ways of working, helping organizations move from reactive messaging toward grounded, forward-looking action.

My experience spans international Geneva, Swiss foreign policy, and the United Nations, where I led research and project work. Today, I support activists, organizations, and individuals in strengthening the clarity, coherence, and internal culture behind their work: whether through strategic advising, co-creation, or workshops.
